My mother's agent says he is showing her condo to potential buyers/ renters for months but due to the high power and water bill,and feedback of noise from neighbours , I suspect he is bringing people to stay or rent out for short staycation . When My mom ask him, he says he forgets to turn off the aircon, the viewers choke up the drain while using and try the water pressure at the shower. It is very hard to prove his nonsense , what are the legal recourse I can consider to crawl back my damages?
