My LOI states" if tenant fails to sign TA after the terms & conditions are already agreed, goodfaith deposit shall forfeit by the landlord" . if tenant didn't agree to the initial agreed 1 occupier as stated in the LOI and wanted to include 4 more occupiers in the TA, can landlord reject and forfeit the good faith deposit if tenant refuse to sign the TA which is drafted according to the LOI which initially states only 1 occupier?
