My husband and I own a fully paid private property. We wish to transfer this property to our son as a gift. Can I know the process and the cost incurred in the transfer?

Hi Mdm,

The transfer will be considered a property transaction, and the normal Stamp Duties will apply.

Also, do take note that should any CPF monies be used in the purchase of this property, these monies (plus all accrued interest) will have to be refunded back to your respectively CPF accounts.
