Hi Badri,

To be frank, it is very tough to buy a 3 bedroom with a budget of $800k around bedok reservoir area or at The Quartz.

With $800k, you can probably get a 2bedroom at project such as Aquarius, Tanamera Crest etc. A 3 bedroom at these unit probably cost about $900k.

However, if you really need a 3 bedroom with $800k, you can still find in Chua Chu Kang, Yishun and Jurong area such as Floravale, Regent Grove etc

However, you intend to buy only in July, so we dont know the propert market during that time. Keep your finger crossed.
