Hi,

If your mum has appointed an Lasting Power of Attorney to manage her affairs including property sale, you can turn to him or her to discuss on this.

If she does not have an LPA, you will have to go through the tedious process of appointing an legal Deputy through the courts so the Deputy can handle her affairs on her behalf. You can consult more with your preferred law firm on this, or I can share my contact.
