May I know, I'm Singapore Citizen, My husband is SPR. I already transfer my oversea property to my sibling, now I & my husband didn't own any property, are we still need to pay ABSD if we want to buy the resales 4-room HDB flat?

It should be considered as your first property, so you should be liable for only buyer stamp duty Instead. It's great hearing from you again!

As this resale HDB purchase will be your first residential property in Singapore, you will not be subject to ABSD even though your spouse is a SPR because IRAS will treat this purchase as your matrimonial home.
