Do not be surprised that your production can be better than that of a full time salesperson. In our industry, it does not matter if you are a full or part timer, but rather your commitment level is the most important. Most often that not, a part timer is more focus in what they are doing as time is precious to them. As of now, the most important thing is to be able to draw out efficiently what are the time allocation for business and home. Being a father of 3, I have my fair share of household matters to attend to while juggling my sales and team building. If you have the commitment to succeed, the rest should come pretty straightforward. It will really depend on how well you can fit into the environment thereafter.
