Looking to sell my landed property (last valuation was S$8.5mn) and split into 2-3 investment properties for retirement income. Kids have grown up and moved out so house only left wife and myself. Should I buy central location for capital protection? or elsewhere for better rental yield? Also, do I have to pay commission for each transaction or possible to negotiate with an agent to do all these and also look for tenant as 1 combined commission? advice pls.
