Looking to rent my common room. Spacious and well furnished with a queen bed. High floor, near bus stop, MRT, and near two shopping centres. Ideal for Pilots, Air Stewardess. I would like to know whats the market rate for rental and if possible some help in renting the rooms. Thanks.

I would presume that your unit is located somewhere in Pasir Ris or Tampines.
THe estimated rental for your common room can range fom $600 to $700.
