Looking to buy small 2 bedroom in Double Bay Residence for our own stay (Couple). However realize prices asking are going up but rental remains low side and plenty available to rent in surrounding area. Saw in URA caveat lodged, prices sold was up and down from 600psf to 700psf in May and 550psf to 700psf in June then down to 650psf again..now rose...heard many sellers just test market and reject our cheque offer.
