Looking at some inter terrace houses in Swiss View area. Price range for houses on market is large, ranging from 1220 - 1800 psf land. I understand finishing and recent renovation might be a reason for but for 600psf difference?

Hi DJ,

Prices for landed have to determined by a lot of reason besides based solely on past transacted. Unless a landed property has been done up by a re known architect, the asking should not fare too far off from its surrounded property. Especially the inter terrace units you mentioned are almost similar in design.

I know of a unit at Swiss View area.
Good renovation and a huge built in (owner included extension of unit) for its land size.
