just wonder if its better to buy a condo which is freehold but further from mrt station? or to get one which is leashold but walking distance to amenities. the condo is for investment

Hello Elainn,

for investment, the location is more important than the tenure. The key point to note is the ease of renting our your unit. If you can find a property which is relatively near to city, near to MRT, near to amenities and within your price range, then go for it. The tenure of that property is secondary.
