Hi Sinduja,
Singapore is one of the top countries in the region in many aspects, refer to URA. This being so, i would expect more interest in this country and hence more business opportunities.. and of course, increase in property prices regardless of measures. Its already mentioned a lot of times by the ministers that the goal is to stabilize the property market, not burst the bubble if any.
