Is the right time to buy a resale private condominium after recent news from government and current situations? In fact i have a signed the OTP for one of the EC Condo at the higer price has been transacted since October'08. I found there are 100K difference in just last 4# months transacted price. Since i have liked the unit and i am ready to pay for it. After hearing the recent news i really start re-think on my decision. Please help me to give your valuable suggestion on this issue ASAP. Thank you in advance.
