Dear Elvin,
Tribeca expected TOP shall begins from between End May-Mid June in phases. It is rather impossible to TOP all units all at once! Likely tens of units a day...
Nevertheless, if today u buy an unit in Tribeca, and the sales transaction will complete in about 3months time (Which is after its expected TOP of June period), you can expect to move in straight away after u arrange your ID to do up the house!
Let me know the bedroom size u are comfortable with and i shall pass yourself the current units for sale and their details!
