Hi Chow,

With recent market sentiments and rumuors about market heading southwards, are you comfortable to put in your money in real estate now?

Almost anywhere in Singapore, if you look at the progress as a whole, will definitely be considered a good buy with improvement to the public transport network and economical outlook therefore a very critical question you need to answer yourself is if you are confident of the existing market conditions as well as do you have the necessary financial power to hold on to any investments or purchase for your own stay.

My advise is that I'll rather that you buy 1 day too early than buy 1 day too late, should the above considerations be positive.

Dear Investor,

Punggol although is a new town with lesser infrastructural in terms of amenities but not to worry it will soon be a vibrate town with all the amenties- new shopping mall, waterfront promenade where the waterway had just open up yesterday.

Hi Chow,

In term of investment, I always believe at “Buy at today price, sell at tomorrow price”. Punggol is new town with massive future plan in the pipeline, not to forget the commercial/Industrial development coming up at the nearby Seletar, Lor Halus and Sengkang West. Generally speaking, property price will go up in the future, and investing in a developing town such as Punggol will give you that extra capital gain once it is fully develop.

I was at the Punggol Waterway opening carnival yesterday, and it is very beautiful! I am looking forward to my daily jog and bringing my family there.

Forget to mention that I am a resident of Punggol, and I love it here.
