I am Low from Huttons here. Kembangan is definitely a good area to invest as it has a high density of private/landed properties. Records show that the prices of a private property tend to gain more value when the density of private properties in a certain area is higher. The quantum of a condo at Kembangan is also much more affordable compared to a condo in East Coast or Geylang, and with a similar rent, you will definitely get a higher rental yield!!
