Hi Sapna,
Yes wandervale has good attributes and its of the relatively newer resale ECs in choa chu kang near MRT and mall which is hard to come by. Choa Chu Kang and Jurong is generally still developing with more business parks such as Jurong Innovation District, Jurong Lake District, Jurong region mrt line and hence choa chu kang will be a beneficiary of all these positive transformation with further potential capital upside. It has also good defensive attributes such as walking distance to MRT and mall, near popular primary schools and strong connectivity transport networks.
