Is it safe to rent a unit for 2 years lease at Neptune Court now? What if it goes enbloc during lease period?

Hi Aditya,
It is very safe to rent for a 2 yr period. The enbloc clause should be stated in the Tenancy Agreement. Please read the TA carefully.

There will be no issues renting for a 2 yr period. There is an enbloc clause stated in the Tenancy Agreement.
