Unfortunately, with your price range, you have only enough to get a property near MGS.
Out of the few selections you have, you might want to consider Gardenvista. The only other place would be sherwood towers. Although Gardenvista is a freehold property, it is located next to the upcoming King Albert park mrt and it is currently one of the newer property as compared to Sherwood towers.
However, if budget is really a constrain, you can also seriously consider sherwood towers, to make up for its older buildup, it is surrounded by amenities just at its door step.
In addition, both properties are near Pei Hwa Presbyterian (one of the top pri sch) and that also means that you have a second choice when it comes to choosing a school.
