Is it free for throwing away the bulky trash in brown stone?

Good morning Sir/ Mdm,
Some MA/ MCST might arrange bulky items disposal before lunar new year every year.
You might need to check directly with Brownstone MA. If not you have to engage external party to dispose them at your cost.

do check with the Managing Agent since it is a bulk refuse. They may need to arrange for professional disposal service which may incur costs on your end.
