are you looking to invest into that project? Currently, pricing for a 1668sqft unit will be going around $5.25mil to $5.7mil. Are you buying for own stay or purely for investment? If for own stay, as long as you like the project and intend to stay long in it, then it is ok to go ahead with your purchase.
But if purely for investment, Helios is not a bad buy but then I would say that there are other projects which offer lesser risk and more upside appreciation. Do email me if you are interested to know more. Thank you and have a great week ahead.
