Hi,

1) If your property is for your own stay, then you can buy and sell anytime as long as you have the needs.
2) If yours is an investment, then I would say current is the seller's market for both HDB and private residential.
3) All indexes indicated we have reached the highest point for both HDB and private. Even the govt implement cooling measures hopefully to slow down the growth.
4) Although the cooling measure effect is not immediate, definitely will keep those buyers sitting on the fence thinking twice before acting.
5) As of those who bought for their own stay will still buy despite the measure.
6) I foresee the growth will be dampened but not dropped in the next few quarters. I believed this is also the effect the govt wanted.

Also, you mentioned to wait till market is "much better". May I know what is your benchmark for this? Because in 2021, we had seen property market soared more than 10% despite this Covid situation.
