1) Investment is all about how much you can gain from the capital.
2) Property investment is mainly from capital appreciation and rental yield.
3) Capital appreciation is non-taxable and hassle free.
4) Rental yield is taxable, need to cover maintenance fee, acceptance of non-occupancy period.

Thus investing with capital appreciation is better than rental yield.
1) Current RCR properties has higher potential of capital gain than other region.
2) New launches has higher capital appreciation than resale.
3) Capital appreciation is propertional to investment amount, lower quantum with lower returns.
