Interested in 28 Gilstead Rd , called the ten storey apartment. How much is it's market rate now,what is the size of apartment there in square feet and how many bedrooms & bath rooms?

Hi Iona,

There hasn't been any transaction for the project since Oct 2002 where a 3013 sqft apartment was sold for $1.98M ($657 psf).

Typical units are above 3000 sqft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

A comparable project would be Balmoral Point (also built in 1970s), where a 3358 sqft was sold for $4.9M ($1459 psf).

As such, we could assume the market rate for a typical unit in Ten Storey Apartment to be in excess of $4M.
