Good Day Mr Omar Anuar,

Usually banks will loan till age 65.

If you are enquiring about loan amount, it will depend on your current financial commitments, different banks will have different loan amounts / tenure for you and your spouse.

Should you be considering upgrading to private / landed properties, it is always advisable to do a IPA (In-Principle Approval) with the banks first, so you have an idea how long / much the banks are willing to loan to you.
