In your experience , are all property buying run by secretaries working in the law firm rather then lawyers in Singapore? I am not getting any service from this law firm I paid for, and it is the firm with the most expensive fees on the bank panel of law firm. The secretary say she don't have time for us when we try to make an appointment to provide our cheques, and often her phone transfer to a fax line, she couldn't articulate well both in writing and speech and often just forward scan documents to us and gets frustrated when we try to call and clarify . I just want to find out what is the norm In Singapore .
