In the case of The Parc, the property is develped by Chip Eng Seng and Lehman Brothers, which we all know is now bankrupt.

Any one knows how this may affect the price of this property?

Some speculate that units owned by Lehman Bros will be forced sold at low prices and even if not, will be sold at same price but with hidden rebates, meaning exisiting owners will be badly affected.

Should I even consider buying this property until this has been settled?
