If your agent is smart, then ask your agent to follow up the buyer to exercise faster by explaining that we can move faster, save rent etc .....Be positive, if this buyer wont exersize other buyer comes . Instead, a buyer will most likely be looking around for loans as well as making plans on renovations therefore the chances of what you have indicated is likely to be slim. As a seller, having additional $1000 in pocket for a 2 weeks period sounds decent isn't it?
