In 2013, I have made a purchase during developer launch. Now in 2016, I learnt that the developer has reduced prices so much so that I have paid a lot more for my unit compared to other units in the same stack and even higher floors transacted recently.

Is there any recourse I can do to recover any benefits from the developer? Has there been any cases in history?

Hi, I'm sorry that there is nothing that you could do. And developer has the right to either increase or to reduce pricing.

Developer will not entertain your request for a recover of funds. And what if the prices goes up? I'm sure you will not agree if the Developer come and collect more monies from you, right?
