How much did you spend on the renovation and how long ago did the renovation take place?

Recent transactions for from June 2011 until now indicated that the highest transacted price was $348k in August for 60sqm unit. Should the condition of your unit be in good condition, I would expect the selling price to at least match the $348k transacted if not higher.

The recent transacted prices range from $308k to $348k. For your fully renovated top floor unit, i expect the valuation to be $300k up.

With close proximity to mountbatten mrt and amenities nearby, i would expect your flat to be in hot demand by potential buyers.

As mentioned by my fellow friend, the most recent transaction is $348,000 for blk 5 in Aug 2011. The highest so far for blk 2 is $318,000, also in Aug 2011.

Currently, there is a unit at blk 2 asking for $350,000.

Therefore, I expect the selling price to be around $350,000.
