If the pricing is reasonable and unit attributes decent, with the right marketing plan and a committed agent securing a buyer within 6 months is highly possible. Typically it takes about 3 months to secure a buyer if there's no restrictions in terms of buyer ethnic/pr profile. I have also assisted with SPR seller clients before with their hdb sale, and will be in a good position to assist.
