Hi Ann,
Have you gotten your valuation of your unit? I am marketing a unit in 7XX series now asking for $50k COV.
It will very much depends on the condition of your unit for buyers to offer the relevant COV. As per every transaction, do not be stereotyped by the existing market but rather how much would you think your unit should be selling at.
