What are the odds of finding a freehold condo with 3 bedrooms in the area when a single bedroom freehold property measuring 646sqf was sold at $700k 2months back and the location is in Flora Road?

Freehold property in the areas you are looking at are few and far between, therefore value is very likely more than $1m. I personally transacted a 3 bedroom unit in Edelweiss Park condo back in February and it was sold at $1.028m.
