I'm in particular interested in Pine Grove due to the living space it can offer. But I'm afraid it will go en bloc which will cost me dearly due to the high seller stamp duty. I saw quite a number of owners are selling their flats. Will this condo be going for another round of en bloc? I chanced upon the Pine Grove website and an en bloc committee had set up. If they are truly going en bloc, the owners should not adverstise their units for sale to mislead buyers.

Hi J,

To be fair to the existing sellers, if enbloc process does not proceed, they will miss a window of buyers like yourself who are keen in this project.

As a buyer yourself now, noting that there could be an potential enbloc for the project which is keeping you away from purchasing at the current price, would you be angry should the enbloc proess collapse and price of the project move upwards again?

I believe it is all about opportunities and risks. If you are unable to undertake the risks of project bein enbloc, perhaps I can try to show you other similar projects?
