I'm currently renting a room at Bendemeer and the landlord's son told me his brother has gone bankrupt and the government will come and seize the flat and the properties in it in 7 days. Will my properties be taken from me as I am living there? The landlord has told me not to worry as the flat has been registered under her name and not her son's name. The bankrupt's son IC address is the HDB I'm staying in. Thanks.
