I'm currently looking to purchase a 999/Freehold property in Upper Bukit Timah area for stay. I am focusing in the future Beauty World MRT surrounding area. So far I have viewed Springdale, Sherwood, etc. However, I just discovered the Lorong Kilat area which I thought the walk-up apt is suitable for my requirements. I like the space and the psf is suitable for me. I don't mind having no facility as I'm neither a gym nor pool person. May I know how to find if the walk-up apartments are available for sale?
