I'm a SPR When I bought the new condo (under construction) 2 yrs back and paid BSD & ABSD, now I become a Singapore citizen. The TOP for the property is not yet obtained.
Whether I can apply for the ABSD remission/claim? or any other legal way to claim the absd?
