If the tenant to my HDB flat sublet the whole flat out illegally without my knowledge, what is my best course of action to recover as much rental proceed / recover any monetary gain from the tenant? I presume I can sue him under the tenancy agreement? beside the 2 months rental deposit, can I get the remaining lease payment? how about other monetary compensation for inconvenience cause to me? Thank you

Hi, the proper way to evict and to forfeit the security deposit will be to consult a lawyer first and the law firm will do the necessary work for you.
