If my MOP matured by April 2012, can I start to look for buyer now?

Afternoon Michael,
As seller, you are required to submit Seller's checklist prior to accepting Option. Hence starting to hunt for buyer now would be too early. Starting around 2 to 3 weeks before MOP should be good enough.
