if I want to purchase a condominium as a gift to one of my daughters, can I get a lawyer to write up something which states that my daughter cannot sell away that condominium in future without the approval of my other 2 daughters whose names are not in the condominium, unless when sold they all have to get equal share of the amount sold.?

Morning,

What you are doing is adding encumbrance to the unit, using legal documentation. It can be done but you will need to understand that encumbrance will have it's restriction. Property owner/s are also to be at least 21 years old at the age of being granted such gift.
