Morning Tan,

I have serviced cases where one applicant is an undischarged bankruptcy while the other applicant is financially healthy. Their combined income is around $6k but managed to get $350k loan from HDB, even though they have enjoyed HDB loan twice. Hence I would say that there are definitely chances for your intention to materialise. It's more dependent on how we do it.
