I would like to sell my property Mezzo, Balestier. High floor. Can I know what is the best price I would be able to get at this point of time.

Dear Ms. Jenny,

Past transacted for a studio there was at $1028psf.

If your unit is a studio, we can try at $1050psf.

If a 2bedrms, u might be looking at approx. $950psf.

Let me know as i would need more details to ascertain a closer and a more realistic selling price.
