Hi Vionk,

If the Executive Condominium is bought direct from the developer you will need to meet the following conditions before you can buy another direct flat from HDB:

1) A 5-year period from the date of taking possession on the executive condominium,

2) To wait out a 30-month period after selling the Executive Condominium.

3) Comply with HDB others regulation such as income ceiling, family nucleus, etc.
