I wish to sell my bungalow, off Frankel Avenue. Est build up is 5,000sq. Bought 6 years ago, did major A/A. Recently re painted outside. I am looking in the region of $4m. Is this possible? If yes, I would like to sell it soon. Afterwhich I am interested to look for a condominium and full facilities.

The information that you have given is the build-in. The current landed price in frankel area is at the region of $850psf to $950psf base on the land price with relatively new structure. Your question with regards to selling at $4million is possible at the current market price with my estimate of your land size at 4700sqft Read More
