i wish to check on some penthouse units,
1) if there is a private pool, i assume, the owner has to maintain the pool.
2) Roof that cover master room on the upper level leaks, who rectify the leaks.

3)Awnings and shelter at open terrace,
can owner, where to get the regulations of the installations, if MC cant provide details

Hi Frances,

1. For Penthouse unit with pool, maintenance depends on how the MC percieve. For penthouse, you are paying at higher maintenance fee than others, therefore, some are inclusive of already implanted pool that comes originally.

2. For Roof when leaks, need to inform the MC first and see what they say. Normally such cases are easy to recify if the project is newly TOPED and under waranty till actual completion. WIll need to check with the individual MC.

3. For shelter e.t.c as long as it does not affect to much of a visage the MC may approve. If MC can't provide the details, you need to get an experience conractors who can help with the paper e.t.c.
