I wish to become a real estate sales person, may I know how and where to get insight out of overview of an agency information at a glance?
Eg: How many team in An Agency, how should we select a right team that suite the newbies in order to avoid joining the wrong team, System Use, Support and help by the Co & The Individual Division Team, how much of the cost outlay for new agent etc…

Dear aspiring realtor,
