I will be inheriting a hdb flat from my father. The flat was fully paid by me. If my father die without a will, I understand that it will be shared by my 2 other siblings. We have a understanding that the house was paid by me and they are not keen to inherited it too. Can both of them just give up their rights to the claim of the assets after my dad passed away and have 100% ownership of the flat?
