I was lured by the Double Bay Residences prominent showflat and advert when I went to the nearby condos for viewing. While I was impressed by the myriad of facilities and the landscaping, I was rather disappointed with the fact that they have multi-storey carpark. The four bedroom unit I saw have rather small bedrooms and the master bedroom does not even have a bathtub. What would be a reasonable value for a 3 bedroom unit is this project?
