I was looking at condo prices in Bedok Reservoir Rd, ie The Clearwater, Aquarius By the Park, Waterfront Gold/Key.
When these condos had their TOP, versus the prices today (2018) there has only been a slight change of maybe (10k-100k). To average out the property prices have remained roughly the same.
My question is, Why haven't these condos risen in prices (even though property prices in other areas have risen 2-3x over the last 10-15 years). This area has a downtown line mrt connection, yet the condos haven't risen in prices.
